 is an affiliation of gifted, promising senior pastors, their spouses and other strategic leaders who
have made a covenant and submitted to
the leadership of Bishop Raphael
Green (left).
Under the leadership of
Bishop Green they have received ministerial professional development and committed themselves to
assisting in the completion of the mission - vision and ministry
directive given to them to “fulfill the great commission in
the urban world”.

Urban Life is
dedicated to the restoration of our community through the
healing of hearts and homes.
* An inner city
couple lost their two-year old son
in a tragic food choking accident while the mother was seven months
pregnant with another child. It is told that she wailed, screamed
and cried in grief, shock and sorrow. The babe in her womb, during
this horrible period, was Chris. Child psychologist have revealed
that an unborn baby is deeply impacted by the emotional state of the
mother. Chris was born with an overwhelming sense of loss, sadness,
grief, depression and pessimism.
* Another inner city family was torn apart by another kind of loss.
Carol's parents were separated when she was 12 years old, a very
critical time in the life of a young girl. She was devastated. She
lived with a broken heart, a crushed spirit, and very little hope
for any kind of a successful life and future.
The solemn little boy and fearful little girl grew up and one day
they met on a college campus. It took being introduced two times to
get them to talk to one another. When they did, their lives were
joined together and thus began a long journey of personal healing
which eventually led to marriage and a ministry of inner healing.
It was the plan of GOD for these broken, crushed and wounded souls
to, one day, become known as "Healers of Broken Lives." Together,
they lead the Urban Life Church family.
The
pastor-centered church setting is over. We're giving dads, moms, husbands, wives, brothers, sisters, uncles,
aunts, nephews, nieces, grand parents, cousins, family and friends
the opportunity to unite together and do something great for God.
