Leadership Launch (Leadership Training 1)

(Basic Leadership Development)

 

The purpose of Basic Leadership Development Basic Leadership Development is to begin to prepare future church leaders

and community outreach leaders. This course deals first with common issues in leadership on a daily basis.

 

Basic Leadership Development prepares leaders by introducing them to the principles of delegated authority, ministerial ethics,

church etiquette and decorum, devotional lifestyles and how to prioritize personal, family and corporate responsibilities.

(Intermediate Leadership Development)

 

The purpose of Intermediate Leadership Development is to broaden our knowledge concerning the roles and responsibilities of those serving in ministry.

It is intended to help define the roles of set ministry, leadership and supportive leadership.

 

Principles of Bible Study, Teaching, Preaching, Interpersonal Relations, and Communication are the main topics used to help clarify and fulfill those very important individual roles.

(Advanced Leadership Development)

 

The purpose of Advanced Leadership Development is to further train leaders in areas concerning reproduction, time management, planning, team assembly & training to further enhance their knowledge and capabilities to disciple and train future leaders.

 

Personnel & administration, finance & development, and community involvement are essential topics that are taught in order to prepare you for future ministry, evangelism, teaching and leadership which is necessary for those who will go on to become ordained ministers and pastors.  Even for those who are not ordained during this season, this portion of the training is helpful for the development of your personal, family and corporate spiritual life's walk and growth.
